This free service is available now until January 1, 2009 and any Viper Pro sold prior to July 16, 2008 is eligible. Included in this program is thorough diagnostic testing, re-certification of Viper Pro operations, tough screen review and quality verification, upgrade to the latest software revision to ensure optimal performance. Once you have registered here, we will then ship out a package for you to send your Viper Pro via the pre-paid return shipping package. The maintenance program will be administered and the Viper Pro will be returned to you within 10 business days from the time Raven receives it.
