2009 Trade Schools Announcement
Raven Industries, Applied Technology Division, is pleased to announce the 2009 Service School Training schedule. Please read the “details” for the registration process below. The intention is to be able to provide quality training for as many students as possible for each class and to eliminate “no-shows”. “No-shows” tie up valuable slots for others that wish to attend training. This policy applies only to scheduled Basic and Advanced Service schools. Raven reserves the right to use this same process with other training sessions.
All Classes are Full
Registration process details:
- A $250 registration deposit is required for each attendee, for each training class they wish to attend.
- Attendees will not be considered registered until the P.O. is received for $250 for each student.
- The deposit will be in the form of a purchase order only.
- If a dealer for an authorized Raven distributor wants to attend a training session, the distributor needs to submit a purchase order for the dealer.
- Training classes have a limited number of students to facilitate better student/instructor interaction.
- Basic Service school is limited to 24 students.
- Advanced Service school is limited to 20 students.
- Training slots will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- If session requested is full or the number registered does not meet the minimum, we will contact you to discuss options.
- Non-registered attendees will not be allowed to attend training sessions.
- Confirmation will be given by Raven, two weeks prior to the start of the training class on registered attendees.

- The registration deposit will not be processed on the distributor’s account, provided the attendee attends the training “in full”. If the attendee does not attend the training “in full”, the purchase order will be processed and the distributor will be charged the $250 fee. An attendee will be considered to not have attended the training “in full” under the following conditions:
- The attendee does not show up for the training they registered for.
- The attendee does not attend the training session for the full length of the school session.
- Cancellations will be allowed up to 2 weeks prior to the start of the session. Cancellations within two weeks of the course start date will forfeit the registration deposit.
