Cruizer Care FAQs

How do I obtain service after I purchase Cruizer Care?
If there is something wrong with your Cruizer, you will need to call the main customer service number at 1-800-243-5435 and ask to speak to a service technician about Cruizer Care.

What is covered by Cruizer Care?
Hardware and software failures, power surges, touch screen failures, failure of antenna, power cable or console.

What is not covered by Cruizer Care?
Theft, physical damage (i.e. broken touch screen or case due to falling), water damage or broken or crimped antenna or power cable (i.e. due to being shut in door or window).

If I have a problem during the Cruizer Care time period, how will Raven support me?
Once you call the customer service hotline, a technician will validate the claim and have a replacement unit sent out for Next Day delivery. Raven will have a return shipment tag in the box to return the defective unit.

Does Cruizer Care cover labor charges if I have someone else swap out the product?
No. Cruizer Care does not cover labor fees.

If I buy Cruizer Care, does that cover components connected to the Cruizer (i.e. tilt sensor or Smartrax?)
No, Cruizer Care is specific to only the Cruizer product and items that were included in the Cruizer kit.

How does the SmarTrax rebate program work?
If you purchase Cruizer Care, you are entitled to a $100 manufactures rebate for your purchase of SmarTrax. You can mail in your SmarTrax invoice, which you have received from your distributor, and the bar code on your SmarTrax controller box to receive a $100 check from Raven.
